NOTICE REGARDING NATIONAL ARCHIVES AND RECORDS ADMINISTRATION PUBLIC VIEWING SITE
Effective October 1, 2011, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) will no longer allow the public to review case files on-site at its Federal Records Centers in Chicago, IL, Fort Worth, TX, Lee’s Summit, MO, Lenexa, KS, Riverside, CA and San Bruno, CA.. The change applies to all bankruptcy, civil, criminal and court of appeal case files that are physically stored at the Federal Records Center. The public will be able to obtain their records by ordering them through the court or online at https://eservices.archives.gov/orderonline
