Note: The app was developed by the Utah Bankruptcy Court (which is listed in the app’s name) and is designed to work with participating bankruptcy courts, such as the Eastern District of Michigan.  The ChapMobile application is provided for informational purposes only.  Parties are required to rely on Official Court Notices to determine the date, time, and location of a hearing or 341 meeting.  Unintentional omission of a hearing or 341 meeting from ChapMobile does not result in the cancellation of the hearing or 341 meeting, nor excuse attendance at the hearing or 341 meeting.  If a discrepancy is found, the party should contact the Courtroom Deputy for the Judge regarding the hearing.  Please review each Judge’s Notice Regarding Conduct of Hearing posted to the court’s website, https://www.mieb.uscourts.gov. Any questions regarding 341 meetings should be directed to the Office of the U.S. Trustee or the assigned case Trustee.
